How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. Contact support@aminoclub.com immediately if you need to make changes.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We offer same-day fulfillment for orders placed before 2pm EST on business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 2-3 business days. Express and overnight options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve researchers worldwide. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
How are peptides packaged for shipping?
All peptides are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs when necessary to maintain stability. Each vial is securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit. Temperature-sensitive products are clearly marked for proper handling.

What is the purity of your peptides?
All our peptides are manufactured to 99%+ purity standards. Each batch undergoes rigorous third-party HPLC and Mass Spectrometry testing. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are available for every product on the product page.
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2-8°C (refrigerator) for short-term. Once reconstituted, store at 2-8°C and use within 4-6 weeks. Always protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
What is the shelf life of your peptides?
Lyophilized peptides have a shelf life of 2+ years when stored properly at -20°C. Reconstituted peptides should be used within 4-6 weeks when refrigerated. Each product includes a lot-specific expiration date.
Reconstitution
How do I reconstitute peptides?
Use bacteriostatic water (BAC water) for reconstitution. Slowly inject the water down the side of the vial, allowing it to gently dissolve the peptide. Never shake vigorously. Detailed instructions are available on each product page and included with your order.
What is bacteriostatic water?
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. It prevents bacterial growth and allows reconstituted peptides to remain stable for 4-6 weeks when refrigerated. We offer pharmaceutical-grade BAC water in our store.
How much bacteriostatic water should I use?
The amount varies by peptide and desired concentration. We provide reconstitution calculators and guides on each product page. A common approach is using 1-2mL of BAC water per vial, but always check the specific product recommendations.
Quality & Testing
Are your peptides third-party tested?
Yes, every batch is tested by independent, accredited laboratories using HPLC for purity verification and Mass Spectrometry for identity confirmation. Test results are published on each product page as Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
How do I access Certificates of Analysis?
CoAs are available on each product page. Simply click the 'Certificate of Analysis' link to view or download the current batch's test results. You can also request specific CoAs by emailing support@aminoclub.com with your order number.
Where are your peptides manufactured?
Our peptides are synthesized in USA-based, FDA-registered facilities following strict cGMP guidelines. We maintain complete supply chain transparency and never source from overseas manufacturers.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a full refund or replacement. Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced at no cost.
